The squash trellis made from branches was a success. Amazingly two giant pumpkins grew suspended without any additional support.

Squash curing in the house before storage in the cellar. This is the first year we've grown Spaghetti squash, Sweet Meat squash and Cinderella pumpkins. All three produced really well.

Holy cow! That is way more than we got this year. although I haven't counted mine yet. I'm quite impressed about the hanging pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteWell done! I'm jealous of your patch! I only was able to grow one 25 lb Cinderella pumpkin, 3 blue hubbards, and 2 musquee de provnce - none of them anywhere as large as yours!
